Even before you leave your vehicle with us, the repair process has begun.  An I-CAR trained estimator will inspect your car’s damage and enter relevant information into the computer.  He will then walk you through the estimate, help you handle your  insurance claim, and ensure that your vehicle is repaired to your satisfaction.  Your parts can be ordered beforehand, so the time your car spends in the shop is reduced.  Majestic Auto Body is a direct repair facility for many insurance companies and enjoys a healthy working relationship with all insurance companies. process_1

Tear Down

process_2 Once your vehicle is brought into Majestic, our trained technicians will begin disassembly.  If hidden damage is found, photos will be taken and a re-inspection by your insurance representative will be done.  Any additional parts will be ordered at this time.

Structure and Body Repair

When frame damage is present, the vehicle is brought back to factory specifications using a Chief E-Z Liner and the Chief Vector laser measuring system.

process_3a New panels are installed and panels needing repair are completed in the body shop.  Any other repairs needed at this time will be done by I-CAR trained technicians, the recognized standard for collision repair.

Paint Prep

process_4a All panels are prepared to paint by priming and sealing them to ensure good adhesion.   By using a special camera and loading the information into a computer, we are able to customize and color match your paint with a quality equal only to the manufacturer.
STANDOX paint is applied in our state of the art down draft bake booth and carries a lifetime warranty. process_4

process_5 During reassembly, all moldings and detail pieces are put back on your vehicle.  All systems are checked (a/c, cooling, brake) and mechanical repairs are completed.

Dust inevitably accumulates during the repair process and we make sure it’s cleaned.  Your car will be washed, vacuumed and wiped down so all traces of repair are erased.  During this cleaning, a detail technician will check to make sure all of your vehicle’s systems are functioning. process_6

Final Inspection

A quality control manager will make a final inspection and check for correct fit and finish of all parts.  When your vehicle meets our high standards of repair, we will contact you and schedule a time for you to pick up your car.  Your satisfaction is guaranteed. process_7
